Please select your ticket date and time carefully. Philly Free Week tickets allow entrance on the selected date at the selected time until close of the same day. To ensure the best experience for all of our visitors, we encourage you to arrive as close to your ticket time as possible.
If you arrive before your ticket time: You will not have access to any part of PMG, including the restrooms and gift shop before your ticket time. Please proceed to the blue sign at the corner of South and Alder Streets (next to PNC bank). A staff member will meet you there at your ticket time. If you do not see a blue sign on Alder Street, please see a staff member for assistance.
If you arrive after your ticket time: Please present your tickets to a staff member at our front entrance (on South St. between 10th and 11th Streets).
The last tickets of the day are sold for 30 minutes prior to close. All visitors are expected to exit promptly upon closing.

You will then be prompted to enter your payment and contact information.
Once your order is placed you should receive two emails. The first email contains your purchase confirmation and information on what to expect upon arrival. The second email contains a link to your e-tickets. You do not need to print your tickets.
